The feasibility study has been completed and comments from the opposing assessment and Státní fond dopravní infrastruktury (State Fund for Transport Infrastructure) have been integrated. The documentation was already sent to the Central Commission of the Ministry of Transport for approval. 

It will be a new-build double-track line electrified with AC power supply system and secured by the European Train Control System (ETCS), with the Hradec Králové section connecting at Dobřenice to the existing line Velký Osek – Choceň, and the Pardubice section at Srnojed to the existing Transit Corridor I.

There will be roughly 70 km of new High-Speed Line for passenger transport with a maximum speed of 320 km/h.
